Content posted must be legal in the United States, where this site is hosted.
You should probably be 18 or older to post here, or failing that, smart enough
to not mention your age to anyone.
Try to stay on-topic. It's very possible for a thread to gradually move in a new
direction, but try to post something related to discussion that's already occurred.
This board is for the discussion of programming. Promote a program you've created
and receive feedback and critique on it, and discuss best practices or ask for help
with programming-related issues.
Asking for help for homework and homework-related problems is not allowed.
Images and other attachments must strictly be related to the topic at hand in this board.
Reaction images are not allowed.
NSFW content is strictly not allowed unless related to the topic at hand, in which case
it must be properly spoilered.
Discussion of technology where it does not directly relate to programming is not allowed.
Creating threads about projects that you did not create yourself is not allowed. If the
poster is a fellow Futatsu user and has created a thread for their project, feel free
to post in that thread, however.
When asking a question, provide context where it would prove useful. If you're
looking for answers on whether you should or shouldn't use some tech, tell us about
what you intend to use it for and other info that could aid in answering the question.
Curt/unjustified answers to questions ("yes"/"no"/etc.) are not allowed and will be
removed. If you can take the time to answer someone else's question, take the time to
back up your answer as well.
Technological debates and back-and-forth are allowed, but please act like an adult.
You can espouse your position without resorting to personal attacks.
If you've already made a thread for promoting a certain program of yours, use that
thread for anything relating to that program until the thread dies. You can create
multiple threads for different creations of yours, however.
